At Nayraah Limitless Glow, we believe jewellery is more than an accessory—it is a personal expression of elegance and confidence. Every piece is carefully crafted, thoughtfully packaged, and thoroughly quality-checked before it reaches you. Our policies are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and clarity, while preserving the integrity of our designs and the experience of owning a Nayraah creation.

 
GENERAL POLICY OVERVIEW

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, fashion jewellery is considered a personal-use product. Due to hygiene considerations and the delicate nature of our pieces, we do not offer routine returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or dispatch errors, as outlined below.

 
MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO (ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT)

To enable an accurate and fair review, customers must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video in the event of any concern.

 

The unboxing video must:

  • Begin before opening the sealed courier package

  • Clearly show the parcel from all sides (360° view)

  • Be recorded as one uninterrupted video without edits, cuts, or pauses

  • Clearly display the jewellery, tags, and original packaging

Note: Requests submitted without a compliant unboxing video cannot be processed.

 

CASES ELIGIBLE FOR REVIEW

Subject to verification, concerns may be reviewed only if they involve:

  • An incorrect item delivered

  • A missing item in the package

  • A manufacturing defect present at the time of delivery

NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

The following are not covered under our policy:

  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish due to photography or screen settings

  • Damage, tarnishing, or wear resulting from usage, exposure to moisture, chemicals, or improper storage

  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities, which vary from person to person

  • Requests based on personal preference or change of mind after delivery

REPORTING TIMELINE

Any concern must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via our official communication channels. Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for review.

 

RESOLUTION PROCESS

If a concern is approved after verification:

  • A replacement of the same product or store credit may be offered

  • Monetary refunds are not assured and are issued only where deemed appropriate

  • Resolutions are processed within a reasonable timeframe

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nayraah Limitless Glow shall not be liable for damages arising from misuse, normal wear and tear, improper care, or failure to follow provided jewellery care instructions.

 

FINAL DECISION

All resolutions are subject to internal assessment. The decision of Nayraah Limitless Glow shall be final, in line with applicable Indian laws.

Nayraah Limitless Glow reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
